The line still operates with the majority of its original Victorian and Edwardian rolling stock in daily use along arguably some of the most scenic stretches of railway in the British Isles. This afternoon we travel to the Grove Museum of Victorian Life to view what life was like in times gone by.
Journey to the Snaefell Mountain Railway. Let it transport you to the summit of the Island’s only mountain where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Seven Kingdoms. This afternoon we visit the Laxey Waterwheel. Used to pump water from part of the Great Laxey Mines it is the largest waterwheel in the world.
